The audit scope includes all assets, liabilities, receipts and disbursements reported on this LM-2, as well as the Education and Support Fund, SEIU COPE, SEIU IPEA, 1313 L Street N.W., Incorporated, 1800 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W. Incorporated and SEIU Services Corporation.

SEIU Communication Center is audited annually by Bernstein Rosen & Company, CPA's, 630 Third Avenue, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10017.

Question 15: $98,537 of IT equipment determined to be "common" facilities between SEIU and SEIU Services Corporation (an affiliate) was acquired. The acquisition was paid by an equally forbearance of debt owed by SEIU Services Corporation that did not result in a cash transaction.

Question 18: The organization held its quadrennial convention in June 2008 for the election of its officers. Attached to this document is a copy of SEIU Constitution and Bylaws resulting from the convention.
