On August 27, 2020, in the 12th Judicial District of Jackson County, Larissa Iveson, daughter of a former Treasurer of United Auto Workers (UAW) Local 373 (located in Litchfield, Mich.), was sentenced to two years of probation. On May 29, 2020, Iveson pleaded guilty to one felony count of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent, in violation of MCL 750.157N.
