On May 4, 2020, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, Shannon Pemberton, former Treasurer for Painters Local 238 (located in Cincinnati, Ohio), was sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to pay restitution of $958 and a $100 assessment.
