On August 30, 2010, in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Jimmie Leo Miles, former Secretary-Treasurer of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 1023 (located in Barstow, Calif.), was sentenced to one year of incarceration followed by three years of supervised release.
